We can cater for all your needs whether the occasion is a wedding, engagement, birthday, staff party, presentation night or Christmas party. With a smaller Private Function Room, together with our restaurant, we can also accommodate business and corporate functions, meetings, lunches, staff training programs and information seminars.
We can help to make the event even more memorable with gourmet food, fine wine and superb surroundings. They will all combine to help make your day or evening something to cherish and remember for a long time to come.

Weddings are special
Let Bellarine Estate make your special day even more memorable. It is a pleasure to provide you with the following information on Bellarine Estate and our wedding packages.
Bellarine Estate vineyard and Restaurant is only 20 minutes by car from Geelong. It is close to the seaside towns of Portarlington, Queenscliff and Ocean Grove, all of which have stunning landscapes and period buildings to use as backdrops for photographs. You are of course most welcome to have your album memories taken in the surrounding vineyard.
The reception area is a bright modern room that overlooks the vineyard on the hillside and the rolling fields down to Corio Bay. The room can cater for groups of up to 120 guests with space for a band and dance floor. The addition of a marquee also allows you to extend on your surroundings. We are more than happy to cater for smaller wedding parties if you have a more intimate celebration in mind.
The Bellarine Estate property is easily accessible from the Portarlington Road and there is ample off-road parking close at hand.
We are happy to provide a list of local accommodation venues should some of your guests require somewhere to stay overnight.
As this is such an important day, we do encourage you to make your choice of venue early. We normally require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking and the balance two weeks prior to the event.

Any Wedding Package chosen includes the following with no extra charge:
• Complimentary function room hire for over 70 guests
We do not charge a room hire for functions with over 70 guests on a Saturday and Sunday. This means that for up to 5 hours you can utilise the room at no extra charge. There is also no charge if you hold your function mid-week, however a minimum of 30 guests is required.
• Complimentary use of the garden area and vineyard surrounding the restaurant for photographes.
• Ample free parking on premises
We are positioned on a main road and offer free parking to all guests. We can also accommodate coach transportation of any size.
• Flexible packages available
We have a range of packages available with varying menu and beverage options. We prefer to make your function personal and individual to suit the occasion.
We can cater for guests with special dietary requirements, and we also have a children’s menu with many choices.
• Facilities for disabled patrons
We have full disabled facilities.
